Comment on the Annual Report

City Council welcomes input from members of the public on the Annual Report.

Written comments may be submitted to the corporate officer for Council's consideration by:

  • submitting this form;
  • by email to cityclerk@princegeorge.ca;
  • by fax to 250.561.0183; or
  • by mail or in-person delivery to the corporate officer, 5th Floor, City Hall (1100 Patricia Blvd).

Written comments will be accepted until 12:00 p.m., Monday, June 22, 2026.

In accordance with the "City of Prince George Council Procedures Bylaw No. 8388, 2011", all written comments must include the writer's full name and residential street name. With exception of personal information protected by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, or comments deemed libelous or offensive, submitted written comments are published in their entirety (including the writer's name and address).

Written comments submitted through this form may only address the 2025 Annual Report. Comments submitted addressing other topics will not be provided to Council and will be deleted in their entirety.
